    What is the anti-virus you use? I display Ads through AdMob from Google. I refused any other offer from other Ads providers to avoid such bad surprises

    Not sure I get what you would like to have. Would you like to have a setting that tells that the odometer you can actually read on your car is wrong by a given percentage?

    Actually one of the PRO features is the print-out of the screen to Google Cloud Print. It's far from being perfect though as it's basically a print screen.

    You can try PRO mode by enabling Ads.

    Hence I keep your idea. I will include it once I will tackle a new reports features with probably PDF rendering.

    You can actually dismiss a refuel from stats by using the refuel type=Missed.

    I agree that current setup for such use case is not easy and that your solution woudl fullfill the requirement.

    Nonetheless you can achieve such use case by entering a first refuel with the initial quantity, and qualify the refuel as partial and don't enter a distance (or same as initial distance)

    There is actually the possibility to use "Partial Refuel". It should cover this use case. Then if you have setup the tank size, you will also have partial refuel with gauge entry. This last option allows to estimate the fuel efficiency.

    There is actually already in the Advanced settings a possibility to help enter faster odometer value. It basically allows you to automatically use last odo reading minus n numbers. For instance if your last odo reading is 95000 and you choose 3 digits, then it would display 95 on next refuel. That way you would complete with 95xxx.

    Short update on this feature. The next release will include a backup/restore with Dropbox. And hopefully the release after will include the synch feature. Always with Dropbox as a start :-)

    Actually I will provide a backup, and later a synch. Backup is quite important because only a backup on SD card is not enough. If you loose your phone you loose all your data.
    Google is offering an online backup service, but it's not available on all operators. At least was like that 1 year ago.

    To bo honest the main trick for me around this topic is the permissions I will need to ask for. I will need to get a permission for:
    - reading the account names (hence your google account)
    - ability to authentify using a given account to for instance google docs

    That's the safest way, but obviously I expect some users to be afraid of. It's safer than asking the user to put his account name and password.

    Alternatively I could also see with DropBox how I could do it. They provide an API for it.

    I really look forward to implement this important feature

    Actually it wouldn't be that easy, because some countries are mixing units. I know it's strange, but it's like that... :-)

    What I try is that the default initial setup is ok based on users locale. From which country are you? (email me if you like it to be private)

    Hi Lawrence. I actually spelled it differently for UK or US locales. Do you use another locale?

    You can eventually force a custom locale in the preferences to US or UK

    Not sure I understand completely your use case.

    Can you detail your example? What field is it?

    For instance it can be fuel quantity: 25.55 that after import is equal to 25.54?

    Each field can have a specific number format. Some formats can even be configured in the unit preferences (number of digits for fuel price, etc...).

    If you let me know the exact example I will investigate it and fix it :-)
